Initial Meetings
Explore our local home Design Studio just 2 minutes off the highway in Caboolture, stocked with your standard inclusions, upgrades, inspiration & ideas.

- Work with Meaghan to tailor a design and inclusions to suit your lifestyle
- Receive an accurate build quote and construction timeline tailored to you
- Pay initial deposit for us to proceed with site reports and preliminary plans

Colour Selections & Tender
- Attend your interior & exterior design appointment at our Design Studio with our in house interior designer
- Attend personalised cabinetry appointment at Zente Kitchens
- Receive final construction plans
- Attend fixed price tender presentation with Meaghan to review selected inclusions, upgrades and ask any questions
- We submit Covenant application for developer approval on your behalf

Fixed Price Contract
- Receive your Master Builders contract documents, construction plans and selections to sign
- Payment of remaining 5% deposit of contract price required
- Provide proof of finance approval and land ownership/land settlement

Approvals
- We lodge for building approval with our certifiers
- We purchase required insurances for your build
- We provide you with building approved documents
- We guarantee to be onsite within 4 weeks of receiving Building Approval

We Build It & You Move In
- We keep you updated through the entire build process with fortnightly updates
- You have access to an online folder that includes all your building documents including fortnightly photos
- We stick to our strict timelines by organising trades and suppliers to site in advance
- Throughout your build your home and site are kept neat and tidy
